NW Elixirs Tequila Prawns


8 each Gulf Prawns (peeled and deveined)

2 ounces of Gold Tequila

1 ounce NW Elixirs Verde Hott #2

1 Tablespoon unsalted butter

Salt to taste

Limes and fresh cilantro for garnish


In large skillet heat butter until melted and slightly browned. Add prawns; saute until browned on both sides. Remove pan from heat source and add tequila as to not cause flame up. Return to medium heat and reduce tequila by half. Add Verde Hott #2 and toss prawns coat with hott sauce. Place into serving bowl or dish, garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges. Serve warm.
