Marinate salmon steaks in NW Elixirs Hott Sauce #1 for 1 hour. While salmon is marinating bring your gill up to 450 degrees. Remove salmon from marinade and reserve remaining hott sauce for basting later. Place salmon on grill and cook for 5 minutes, rotate clockwise 90 degrees and cook for 4 more minutes. Brush with hott sauce and flip salmon steaks to cook for additional 4 minutes or until desired amount of doneness. We prefer to have a little bit of bright pink left in our fish, but understand some folks prefer the fish to be cooked all the way through.
