In a large sauce pan heat olive oil, add ½ the onion and dry spices; sauté until onion is translucent. Add in the ground turkey and stir. Once the turkey is cooked through add in the pinto beans. Add in NW Elixirs Hott Sauce, simmer for 4 minutes.
In a small plastic bowl combine the other half of the onion with the chopped cilantro mix well.
Heat a small sauté pan heat the tortillas, fill the tortillas with turkey meat, top with sliced avocado, onion/cilantro mixture, and cojita cheese. For a little more Kick add some of your favorite hot sauce to the top of these kick ass tacos.
