Turkey Stuffed Mushrooms

 

20 oz ground turkey (organic quality sourced)

1/4 c oats

3 Tbsp  Hott Smoke

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

12 medium mushrooms

1 tsp parmesan cheese

3 cherry tomatoes

Thai basil leaves

 

Method:

Mixed together turkey, oats, Hott Smoke #3, salt, pepper, parm, tomatoes, and basil leaves.

Stuff into mushrooms with ground turkey mix. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 350* F. (convection, 15 minutes)

Garnish with chopped parsley or chiffonade basil.
